I hereby declare that I am a bonafide subscriber of the National Pension Scheme (NPS) policy and the contribution being paid for this transaction pertains to my PRAN.

I authorize the designated third-party payment platform to facilitate subsequent contributions to my NPS account.

The transaction authorization includes processing of payment details and any associated charges.

I confirm that all information provided during the transaction process, including personal details and contribution amounts, is accurate and up to date. Any discrepancies in the provided information may impact the successful processing of my contribution.

I acknowledge that certain charges may be applicable on the contributions made by me. These charges, including any POP trail commission fees or taxes, are to be clearly communicated during the transaction process. It is my responsibility to review and accept these charges before completing the transaction.

A confirmation of my transaction will be provided by the third-party platform upon successful completion. Receipts and transaction details will be shared with me through the platform, additionally may also be sent via email.

My contributions must comply with all applicable regulatory requirements. Any violation of these regulations may result in the rejection of the transaction.

I am responsible for maintaining the security of my NPS account credentials on the third-party platform. Any unauthorized use of my account to be reported immediately to the platform provider.

The third-party platform may have specific cancellation and refund policies. It is my responsibility to familiarize myself with these policies before initiating any transactions.

For any queries or concerns related to my contributions, I should contact the customer support services provided by the third-party platform.

Declaration under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002

I hereby declare that the contribution paid by me has been derived from my legally declared and assessed sources of income. I understand that National Pension Scheme (NPS) trust has the right to peruse my financial profile or share the information with other government authorities. I further agree that NPS trust has the right to close my PRAN in case I am found violating the provisions of any law relating to prevention of money laundering.
