FAQs

Yes, you can make payments to a Biller on behalf of family or friends.

Bharat Connect does not offer special considerations or respite from late payments.

Once a payment is made, you cannot modify or cancel it. You can raise a refund request with your bank.

The transaction status on Bharat Connect is displayed as either successful or a failure.

Use your bank app/website, Bharat Connect platform, or reference number/transaction ID to check the Bharat Connect transaction status.

1. Log in to your partner bank app/website, Bharat Connect platform, or physical outlet.

2. Choose "Bill Payment" and select "Bharat Connect".

3. Enter Biller category, name, and bill reference number.

4. Review bill details, enter payment amount, and choose your preferred payment method.

5. Confirm the transaction.

The physical/electronic receipt will have a unique reference number with a ‘Be-Assured’ logo and it would be possible for the customer to get independent confirmation of bill payment using this reference number on a website/SMS service/IVRS. The reference number will be available on the payment confirmation page. The reference number can be used to raise complaints.

There are more than 25 categories of bill payments available on the Bharat Connect platform.

The customer can raise the refund request to the Biller or to the concerned entity from where the payment is initiated with the help of transaction details.
